Privacy

The short version: we collect only what's needed to sell you the guides and help you if something goes wrong.

What we collect

• When you buy, Stripe collects your name, email and payment details. We can see your name, email and order in Stripe; we never see your full card number.
• If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
• Simple visit statistics: which pages are viewed, the site or link that sent you here, and whether you're on a phone or computer. Visits are grouped by an anonymous ID that changes every day, so we can't follow you from one day to the next. We don't store your IP address for this, and we don't use cookies for it.
• Our server keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and pages visited) for security, for a limited time.

What we don't do

• No advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party trackers, on this site.
• We don't sell or rent your information.
• We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.

Stripe

Payments are handled by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy.
